MASTER PLAN SCHEDULER

Job Description: Create plans, forecasts, and schedules relating to materials required and maintain proper inventory levels to meet operational requirements. Responsible for translating the approved demand and supply plan into a feasible, executable, and optimized production schedule for the plant.

Requirements

• Adjusting production schedules and collaborating with the production team to meet the target and on-time delivery to the customer.
• Monitoring the product lifecycle, controlling the inventory, and arranging production schedules based on raw materials availability and assembly line capacity.
• Assessing and communicating risks, tracking shipments from the suppliers, and coordinating with logistics, customs, and inspection to ensure on-time delivery.
• Planning the raw materials and components requirements based on the sale order, new product sourcing, and supplier development across multiple product lines.
