Implement manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput, research products and manufacturing processes, and share knowledge with senior engineers.

Requirements

• Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes to increase efficiency
• Consulting on and overseeing the selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line
• Resolving complex issues on design, manufacturability and build sequences
• Ensuring production environment standards are met
• Designing and implementing processes for manufacturing equipment selection
• Establishing control charting of complex features and processes
• Monitoring results and determining machine capabilities, process capabilities, and performance reliability
