MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER II

TE Connectivity Japan Co., Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer II to join their team in the Automotive business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment for connectors and cable assemblies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CAD software, preferably Creo
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with international teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cost analysis and budgeting
• Familiarity with quality control and inspection procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
