Requirements
- Developing improvement proposals based on the analysis of worker utilization, facility layout, and operational data
- Performing final inspection of the finished products and informing senior leadership on the type and status of identified improvement actions
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for the adoption of standard operating procedures and leading workshops for the implementation of continuous improvement systems
- Conducting surveys, personnel interviews, site visits, and business analysis to implement change and continuous improvement methods
