MGR I MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING

The role involves allocating and balancing work across direct reports, providing timely performance feedback, and mentoring, developing, and motivating the team. The position supports Product Development through design optimization, PFMEA, design reviews, and the realization of sample tooling, product samples, and prototypes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or above in mechanical/electrical engineering or related
• Comprehensive knowledge of process/tooling development experience, no less than 5 years working experience
• Strong logic analysis and project management skills
• Ability to communicate in fluent English
