Job Description
Lead and expand the PH ICC MPDE team, partnering closely with China MPDE to launch new products in the Philippines. Coordinate cross-functionally with local operations, global project teams, and suppliers to ensure successful product launches, supplier development, and achievement of key performance targets.
Requirements
- Lead the PH ICC MPDE team, including molding, stamping & Assy MPDE engineers.
- Working with the CHINA MPDE team to launch a new product in PH
- Coordinate with the PH local operation team (Quality, PME, PJE) & Global project team(PDE, AQE, Procurement) to launch a new product in PH
- Grow the PH MPDE team size & engineering capability with support from the China MPDE team.
- PH Local supplier (molding, stamping, assembly, & Automation supplier) development
- KPI (Launch on time, COPQ, STR, cost...)
