Job Description
The MGR II MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING will lead a team of process development and automation engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for power cable assemblies and coordinating with the Thailand manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production.
Requirements
- Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
- Lead a team of engineers who will: Develop power cable assembly manufacturing process in accordance with LEANPD product development.
- Design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet TE DDN quality and production standards.
- Support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability.
- Act as the binding element between product development and manufacturing engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface.
