MGR II PROJECT MANAGEMENT ENGINEERING

This position is responsible for end-to-end Product Development projects leading cross-functional teams with KPIs as Launch on Time, Budget, Cost & Quality.

Requirements

• People leading experience and preference for globally
• Extensive experience in Gate process in Product development, project planning & execution, Stakeholder management, requirement management
• Experience in management strategies and good project management mindset
• Good presentation and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in project ROI analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback period)
