MGR II QLTY & RELIABILITY ENGINEERING

The MGR II QLTY & RELIABILITY ENGINEERING position at TE Connectivity involves leading a team of engineers to ensure product quality and reliability across North America. The role requires overseeing strategic customer accounts quality, improving the customer experience, and minimizing the cost of poor quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• Master's degree preferred
• 9+ years in quality assurance or reliability engineering
• 4 years in a management role working in a global capacity
• 4+ years of customer quality experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, or similar certifications are strongly preferred
