Job Description
As a Product Development Engineering Manager in the Signal Integrity team, you will lead the aspects of electrical design, simulation, and verification-validation testing of high-speed products in the connector and/or cable assembly industry. You will maintain a team of SI engineers focused on a specific product set and/or project effort.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or a related field
- 10 years or more of engineering product development experience
- 3 years or more of engineering management experience
- Engineering experience in the connector and cable assembly industry is preferred, especially with backplane-style connectors and cable assemblies
