TE Connectivity's Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. The position will work in the Injection Molding Department on C shift.
Requirements
- Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently while ensuring parts meet quality standards
- Perform visual inspections and basic dimensional checks to ensure parts meet quality standards
- Remove, handle, and package molded parts properly to prevent damage or contamination
- Monitor machine operation for alarms, defects, or abnormalities and notify the Processor or Group Leader promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards
- Follow all safety requirements, including PPE use, hot surface awareness, and proper ergonomics
