PLATING OPERATOR (LINE LEADER)

As a Plating Operator (Line Leader), you will develop and manage shifting members to maintain productive application of resources, promote company standards and policies, and improve product quality, output, and cost.

Requirements

• Maintain shop discipline, schedule operations, and supervise production flow
• Provide direction and support to operators during operations
• Ensure production, quality, and on-time output delivery
• Maintain good working relationships with employees
• Ensure material availability for current and upcoming production orders
• Manage timekeeping and align manpower schedules with production plan demands
• Ensure proper housekeeping of machines and work centers
• Update the daily production status board
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to resolve production quality issues
• Promote and implement Kaizen ideas
• Drive the use of lean manufacturing practices and 5S standards
