Requirements
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing footprint migration and transfer projects
- Prepare business cases and conduct feasibility studies for strategic initiatives
- Design and implement project plans aligned with manufacturing strategy
- Drive change management processes across cross-functional teams
- Manage project budgets, pricing strategies, and cost estimations
- Monitor project execution, timelines, and performance (project controlling)
- Lead, develop, and coordinate project and virtual teams while mitigating risks related to safety, policies, and procedures
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical concepts, and commercial aspects
- Proven project management experience with demonstrated delivery success
- Solid knowledge of product costing and manufacturing cost structures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
