Principal Solutions Architect, AI/ML Software Engineering

The Principal Solutions Architect, AI/ML Software Engineering will define and lead the architecture of software, AI/ML, and digital solutions that support product development, engineering productivity, and business transformation at TE Connectivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 13+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in solution architecture, software engineering, systems architecture, or digital platform development in complex product or technology environments.
• Strong technical background in software architecture, cloud or enterprise platforms, data systems, and system integration.
• Experience defining and deploying end-to-end solutions that span applications, data, analytics, and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML-enabled solutions, data pipelines, model integration, and production deployment practices.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and communicate architecture decisions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems and make sound technical tradeoff decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
