TE is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering, 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics plating processes, and knowledge of PFMEA and Control Plan - Plating Process Control.
Requirements
- Responsible for Plating Process (new and old tools) qualification and trial
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
- Participates and engages in product development, DFMEA / PFMEA
- Maintains proper documentation for all plating tooling, spares, and plating process setup sheets
- Imparts training and development for new joiners, technical trainees, etc.
- Coordinates with inter-department and assists with investigations of rejected products and the development of corrective actions
- Drives TEOA culture on the shop floor
- Coordinates with Manufacturing Engineer for new product development and process improvement
- Assesses resource requirements and opportunities for automation and process productivity improvement
- Reviews TEOA deployment
