Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will collaborate with Product and Project Engineers to implement new projects into serial production, transfer new technologies, and ensure the manufacturability of new designs. The role involves close collaboration with the quality department, resolving customer complaints, and implementing lean production methods.

Requirements

• Close collaboration with Product and Project Engineers
• Transfer of new technologies, projects, and machines
• Ensuring PPAP documentation and participation in its creation
• Preparation of projects for SOP, customer audits - process defense and production documentation
• Work in the APIS program, creation and management of FMEA, Flow Chart
• Creation of analyses to determine the feasibility of the manufacturing process and machines (SPC)
• Processing of SPC reports - Q-STAT
• Analysis of components and their impact on the manufacturing process
• Close collaboration with the quality department, resolving customer complaints
• Implementation of lean production methods into projects, increasing work productivity (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S+1, ergonomics, safety)
• Technical support of setters and specialists
• Change management leadership
• Discussions with suppliers and company representatives
• Collaboration on MSA
• Execution/participation in LPA
• Participation in internal and external audits
