PRODUCT ENGINEER II

Product Engineer II will work on development and validation of optimized programs for components, and use DFSS methodologies to evaluate design for manufacturability feasibility. The role requires experience in programming and handling Vertical Mills & CNC turning, and knowledge of machining, plating, and secondary processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 5-8 years of work experience
• 6+ year’s work experience in Development and proving out of optimized CNC program for New product Development
• Experience in handling 5Axis, mill-turn and turn-mill
• Knowledge of statistical process control methodology, six sigma is an advantage
• Experience in Product testing & Qualification
• Strong Technical Aptitude with Willingness to learn new Technologies
• Experience in Creo/Solidworks software
• Good Knowledge in PDM windchill & PLM software
