Job Description
The job description is for a Product Manager II position within the Engineered Polymer Solutions (EPS) team at TE Connectivity. The role requires strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to drive long-term value in a regulated, high-reliability environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; technical or engineering background preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, or Project Management
- Experience in mechanical manufacturing or manufacturing engineering is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
