PRODUCTION OPERATOR III - Tester

Assemble, solder, and test a wide variety of Relays and Contactors. Perform operational testing of product, including operating times, operating voltage, dielectric, and insulation resistance. Read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics accurately, and utilize a wide variety of measurement instruments, hand tools, and gauges to check parts to verify compliance to quality specifications.

• Operational testing of product
• Read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics
• Utilize a wide variety of measurement instruments, hand tools, and gauges
• Conducted tests and diagnostic procedures using tools such as analyzers, multimeters and power supplies
• Repair faults, reassembled products and completed additional tests
• Be able to operate in a team environment with work sharing, team problem solving, and team acceptance of responsibility
