Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead Sustaining & Product Expansion (NPI) projects, managing technical domains and ensuring projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar technical field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Project Management Certification (PMP or CAPM) desirable
- Ability to run multiple projects at the same time
- Good command in verbal and written English and Czech language (German is an advantage)
- Intercultural competence and strong problem-solving skills
