QUALITY ANALYST I

The Quality Analyst I role serves as the key quality interface for customers, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing complaints, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Customer Quality: Act as the customer quality interface in the plant by driving customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Process Quality: Ensure compliance, testing, and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards for manufacturing and production.
• Policies and Procedures: Generate Quality Inspection Plan, Control Plan, and other quality control documents, and ensure implementation on the shop floor.
