Quality & Reliability Engineer (f/m/d)

Job Description: Quality Engineer reporting to the Quality Manager/Quality Supervisor, responsible for quality within their prescribed area of functional responsibility, working as part of a team to maintain high quality/performance standards on all TE Connectivity products.

Requirements

• Working cross functionally with other departments to promote the achievement of the health and safety goals
• Delivering on all KPIs that help the business achieve its goal
• Maintaining relevant documentation to comply with quality standards and customer requirements
• Offering quality guidance to the entire team in support of the day-to-day deliverables
• Developing strong links with customer organizations and other project stakeholders
• Supporting and initiating projects to ensure continuous improvement
• Quality reviewing of responsible area validation documentation
• Investigating root cause and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence of compliance issues
• Maintaining overall responsibility for production GMP standards and compliance
• Establishing inspection standards, sampling plans and test methods where applicable
• Preparing and updating procedures and associated documentation
• Supporting customer audits and surveillance/accreditation audits
• Conducting and driving audits ensuring compliance with ISO13485
