Job Description
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing Engineering Teams are process leaders for stamping, molding or assembly related topics, ensuring the processes are running at optimum levels for quality and output. They design and develop manufacturing process and automation platforms and apply them for the realization of new product developments as well as optimization of existing products already in production.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- Min 2 years of experience in Cable Assembly
- knowledge of 3D design tools (preferably Creo, Catia, SolidWorks)
- Basic knowledge of CAD, CAE, and industrial/quality engineering tools
- Familiar with LEAN, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methods (DoE, FMEA, A3, DMAIC)
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to travel when required
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Strong communication and technical writing skills; comfortable interacting with all management levels and external partners
