Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field
- More than 10 years of experience in product management, engineering, or system architecture
- Foundational background in vehicle, E/E, or industrial system architectures, preferably in the E-Mobility segment
- Demonstrated experience in global matrix organizations with cross-functional leadership responsibility
- Ability to connect long-term strategic planning with short-term commercial implementation
- Strong commercial understanding, as well as experience in collaboration with OEMs and customer-oriented organizations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across regions and business areas
