Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive our GenAI roadmap across RAG systems, agent-based workflows, and LLM fine-tuning, while mentoring a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in ML, NLP, or AI, and strong production experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and FastAPI/Flask.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in ML, NLP, or AI
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and RAG-based systems
- Strong production experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI/Flask
- Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock
