SR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER-Cable Assembly

Design and develop manufacturing process, tool, fixture and related equipment for cable assembly, and lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues. Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues.

Requirements

• High speed cable industry and related
• 5+ years work experience in process development or maintenance
• Bachelor or high education
• Major in Mechanical design or equivalent
• Problem Solving Logics, Simulation Sense(Software & 3D Print Resource), Data-Driven Mindset, Critical Know-How Standardization
• Summary and Presentation Skills
• Good English
• Possess a positive, outgoing, and proactive personability
• Demonstrated ability to excel under high pressure and tight timelines
