Job Title: SR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER-Cable Assembly. Develop manufacturing process, tool, fixture, and related equipment for cable assembly, ensuring competitiveness and meeting cost targets. Design and develop manufacturing process for new projects/products, meeting CoPQ and delivery targets.

Requirements

• Manufacturing process development
• Assembly tool, fixture, and equipment development
• Qualification for manufacturing process, tool, fixture, and equipment
• Technician guidance and coaching
• High-speed cable industry experience
• 5+ years work experience in process development or maintenance
• Bachelor or high education
• Major in Mechanical design or equivalent
• Problem Solving Logics, Simulation Sense, Data-Driven Mindset, Critical Know-How Standardization
• Summary and Presentation Skills
• Good English
