Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Cable Assembly MPDE will be responsible for industrialization of the DDN business unit's Over-the-Board (OTB) high speed cable portfolio and contributing to the global manufacturing strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading global teams of 25+ engineers/engineering leaders to successfully execute new product launches
- Experience leading product/process development organizations and familiarity with process verification and ramping manufacturing to scale
- 10+ years of experience in the high-speed cable, or technically equivalent, market, leading teams to deliver NPI on time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving skills, solid understanding of statistical/data analysis, and intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, manage and inspire a diverse global team located in multiple regions and spread across multiple disciplines
