Requirements

• Approving department projects including the creation project milestones
• Reviewing project stage gates and proposals
• Developing market strategy roadmap, setting and tracking KPI metrics and ensuring cross-alignment prior to cascading it down to the team
• Leading, mentoring and developing mid to large scale regional teams to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives
• Managing and cascading staffing development and performance management programs for you and all quality staff
• Maintaining constructive relationships with all departments and external stakeholders
• Handling escalations at the Sr Manager level and continuing escalation process if needed
