Job Description
The SR MOLDING ENGINEER will lead small and medium sized projects, manage technical elements, and apply advanced technical knowledge to design, construction, and sourcing of mold tooling to meet defined quality, cost, and production requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Molding Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working within a molding-focused engineering or manufacturing environment
- Advanced level of English (written and verbal)
- Strong technical expertise in mold processing and tooling design for thermoplastics, thermosets, and silicones
- Proficiency in the use of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and mold flow simulation software
- Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
