Job Description
This position provides Project Management leadership & is responsible for end-to-end Product Development projects leading cross-functional teams with KPIs such as Launch on Time, Budget, Cost & Quality. Manage multiple N+1 PoC development projects, ensuring execution on time, on cost, and on quality, while balancing technical feasibility and commercial impact.
Requirements
- Manage multiple N+1 PoC development projects, ensuring execution on time, on cost, and on quality, while balancing technical feasibility and commercial impact.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with System Architecture (SA), Signal Integrity (SI COE), Advanced Development (ADT), and product development teams to accelerate innovation cycles.
- Follow processes for iterative development cycles with rapid prototyping, ensuring flexibility to adapt to customer feedback and evolving industry trends while allowing for agile experimentation.
