STAFF MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER

Develop and industrialize molding tools for new and existing products, collaborate with external vendors and teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in mold design and processing
• RJG Master Molder II Certified
• Proficient in PTC Creo or SolidWorks, Autodesk Moldflow or MoldEx 3D, and Volume Graphics Software
• Extensive knowledge of Scientific Injection Molding Principles, Decoupled-2 & Decoupled-3 molding processes, and mold making trade
• Experience with in-mold pressure sensors and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
