Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product engineering and leading complex engineering projects
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Technical/Applied Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven innovation track record with multiple granted patents/intellectual property
• Broad cross-disciplinary background (mechanical and electrical); deep expertise in either switching technology (relays, contactors, switches), connector solutions or sensors
• Proficient in 3D CAD for mechanical components; strong experience with Creo
