Staff Reliability & Testing Engineer position requires a senior technical contributor with 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering for automotive electronic or mechatronics products. The role involves deep expertise in reliability modeling, testing, calculation, and failure analysis, as well as translating product characteristics and customer expectations into robust reliability strategies and validation plans.
