Supports the development and execution of commodity strategy for the procurement team and drives the leading indicators like savings pipeline. Responsible for supplier negotiations, supplier capacity management, and supplier compliance with relevant TE requirements.
Requirements
- 5-10 years' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain management leadership role.
- Bachelor level degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing/ Procurement, Finance or related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well with international teams and individuals.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- SAP experience is a plus.
