Job Description
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and animating the production team in the machining workshop to ensure the safety, quality, efficiency, and smooth operation of the production processes.
Requirements
- Experience in an industrial production environment
- Knowledge of machining processes: a plus but not mandatory
- Understanding of operational indicators (efficiency, OEE, quality)
- Comfortable with digital tools/ERP (SAP or equivalent)
