Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Team is responsible for process leadership, ensuring optimum levels of quality and output. The team designs and develops manufacturing processes and automation platforms for new product developments and optimization of existing products.
Requirements
- Manage molding technician team to follow daily operation in molding to meet the production plan
- Initiate continuous improvement of QCO, Trouble shooting, Reduce DT, KAIZEN and SAFETY
- Build up teamwork in molding and work as the partnership with Facility & Mold Maintenance team
