Job Description for a Supply Chain Analyst I position at TE, involving demand and capacity analysis, production control, and inventory control to meet production, delivery, and cost requirements.
Requirements
- Production control
- Review resource allocation weekly and production plan monthly
- Monitor daily output
- Oversee material supply and ensure smooth production
- Delivery performance
- Review backlog and analyze root cause of past due orders
- Prepare material and initiate meeting to solve issues
- Inventory control
- Checking and analyzing inventory of raw material, components, and finished goods
- Update MRP to component planner & suppliers
- Follow up on block inventory and push owners to solve issues
- Demand and capacity analysis
- Communicate with customers and global demand team
- Evaluate demand and capacity status from IBP
- Make MPS based on demand, capacity, stock policy, and material supply status
- Arrange incoming material and production based on MP
- EHS
- Attend EHS training and familiar with emergency response plan
- Actively participate in department EHS target
