Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in the same field and industry
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Electronics Engineering
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Leadership experience and people management skills
- Knowledge of SAP and Quality and Environmental Management System
- Ability to develop and motivate direct reporting staff
- Strong organizational skills and a team player
