SUPV MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

The Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering leads a team of engineers to support production efficiency, new product development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in manufacturing or technical support in related industries.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
• Solid project management and problem‐solving skills.
• ERP/MRP understanding (BOM, Routing, PPS).
• Knowledge of CI methods: FMEA, CIP, 5S, Six Sigma, Poka‐Yoke, 7 Wastes.
• Good English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Team leadership, coaching, and workflow management.
