Sustaining Manufacturing Engineer - Polymers

This role is responsible for optimizing manufacturing methods for safe production of high-quality products at the lowest possible costs. Sustaining Manufacturing Engineers will work closely with new product development engineering to ensure a timely and manufacturable production release, and act as an interface between engineering and production to ensure the manufacturability of new designs and smooth production ramp up.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in polymer/plastics engineering
• 2+ years' experience in engineering or related field
• Excellent ownership of problems
• Excellent customer service (both internal and external)
• B.S. in Engineering or related field
• Experience with structured problem solving
• Proficient in advanced problem-solving skills
• Excellent communications skills (oral & written)
• Excellent Project Management Skills
• Strong computer skills
