Systems Development Engineer (m/w/d) - Industrial Connectivity & Compliance

As a Systems Development Engineer, you will make a significant contribution to enabling a reliable and future-proof power supply worldwide by developing and integrating communication and wireless components in our devices and systems.

Requirements

• Analyze system requirements and create system concepts, architectures, and requirement documents
• Integrate and configure communication and wireless components in our products
• Select, parameterize, and test industrial protocols (e.g. RTU-communication)
• Design circuits considering EMV, wireless, and security requirements
• Manage PCB layouts and collaborate with internal and external layout resources
• Prepare, define, and accompany verification, validation, and type tests
• Support in certifications (RED/CE/FCC), including pre-inspections and laboratory coordination
• Create technical documentation (tests, manufacturing, specifications)
• Perform fault analysis (e.g. 8D) and implement improvement measures
• Configure and maintain Windows-based server and visualization systems (HMI/SCADA-like components)
