TOOL & DIE MAKER V

TE Connectivity is seeking a Tool & Die Maker V to create designs, convert designs to blueprints, and understand complex schematics for building fixtures and new parts. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as a tool maker and advanced conventional machining skills.

Requirements

• Creating designs, converting designs to blueprints using computer-aided design software, and understanding complex schematics for building fixtures and new parts.
• Inspecting the tools, dies for any damage or imperfections affecting the functionality and periodic testing of the tools and machines to ensure they have high efficiency.
• Solving problems regarding the production processes, machine settings, and fabrication methods and recommending modifications in the design and materials used.
• Manufacturing new stamping and molds, producing spare parts, creating dies, and repairing the dies, molds, and tools when required.
