We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Administrator for the Ohu Tāngata | People and Performance Team. The role involves administration and coordination of the Human Resource function, supporting the Manager, People and Performance, and providing constructive support to the wider team.

Requirements

• Accurate administration and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (BambooHR)
• Supporting the Manager, People and Performance in ensuring organisational policies, procedures and processes are compliant with current legislation and good employer obligations
• Providing constructive and substantive support to the Manager, People and Performance and the wider Ohu Tāngata team
• Assisting with organisational projects and initiatives as required
