Job Description
We are seeking a Kaiwhakahaere Manaaki (Care Manager) to support the independence of our tangata (people we support) and coordinate care and rehabilitation plans in a values-based, inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- A commitment to the delivery of the highest standard of responsive, tangata centered care and support
- Experience in working with people with high and complex rehabilitation and support needs
- Degree level qualification in Nursing and/or Social Work
