Job Description
The Leadership Development Coach facilitates ongoing learning experiences for Corps Members, supporting their leadership development and instructional practice. They work with a cohort of Corps Members and are centrally supported by the SMD, LD within the Hub.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2+ years of classroom teaching experience and coaching and leading adult learners
- Quantifiable success as a classroom teacher, with demonstrated success in reaching Broader Student Outcomes
