Leadership Development Coach, Greater Chicago-Northwest Indiana

The Leadership Development Coach facilitates ongoing learning experiences to support Corps Members in making connections between content, instructional practice, and leadership development priorities. They work with a cohort of Corps Members from a specified region, building community and relationships to support Corps Members in reaching Pre-Service outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 2+ years of classroom teaching experience and coaching and leading adult learners
• Quantifiable success as a classroom teacher with demonstrated success in reaching Broader Student Outcomes
• Strong organization, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adjust and be flexible in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
