Job Description
Teachers On Demand, INC. is seeking certified educators to work as In-Home Elementary and Middle School Tutors to support students throughout Hillsborough County. Tutors will provide personalized, one-on-one instruction to help students reinforce classroom learning, strengthen foundational skills, and build confidence across core subjects.
Requirements
- A valid Florida educator's certificate
- An adjunct teaching certificate
- A valid professional standard teaching certificate issued by another state
- Certification by a nationally or internationally recognized research-based training program
- A bachelor's degree or a graduate degree in the subject area of instruction
- An official FTCE score report indicating a passing score on a Florida subject area exam
- A passing score report on a foreign language subject area exam administered by the ACTFL
- A form provided by a Florida school district indicating essential subject matter competencies and subject area specialization requirements
- A score report indicating a passing score on a Florida subject area exam and a valid Statement of Status of Eligibility issued by Educator Certification
