Direct Care Worker

Implement resident treatment plans, build and maintain positive relationships between residents and staff, and encourage youth to learn and refine their skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Direct care work experience and knowledge of the Teaching Family Homes Model preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Adequate vehicle insurance if using own vehicle
• Background checks required
