Project Manager

Teague is an independent design consultancy that combines technology expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior to design what’s next for companies in automotive, commercial aviation, smart cities and infrastructure, advanced mobility, technology, space, and defense. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and collaborative project manager who thrives in creative, fast-moving environments. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience leading complex design or product development projects and will be responsible for managing scopes up to $1M and guiding teams of 1–20 people.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead complex, high-budget projects from kickoff through delivery - meeting timelines, staying within scope and budget, and upholding top-tier creative quality.
• Solid grasp of project management principles, with hands-on experience applying best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Skilled in developing, managing, and tracking project budgets with financial accountability.
• Consistent follow-through, dependability, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Passionate about great ideas and inspired by the creative process.
• Acts as a trusted partner and brand ambassador, representing both Teague and our clients with integrity and care.
